FAQ

Who am I?

I'm Beauty My Way! Currently, a MBA student. If you haven't read my "About Page" let me fill you in. The main reason for creating this blog is, well it's for an assignment for one of my courses in my final semester of my MBA Program! So yup, that's me! Okkk, a little more info? I'm 24 years young and I reside on an island in the beautiful Caribbean!

Will you be continuing the blog?

I mean why not? Who doesn't love being pampered at their own comfort of their home using natural remedies? What am I to do when I've graduated and I got a lot of spare time on my hands? So, definitely yes, I will be continuing my blog.

Have you tried all the routines posted?

I've tried many masks, the ones that I have not tried I will most definitely be trying and would notify you all if I don't and a review would be posted.

Why home remedies for skin care?

Well, for me personally I've always believed natural is the better way to go. I mean let's be real at some point I'm sure when you weren't feeling too well, you called your grandma to ask her what to do and more than likely she recommended a simple home remedy that works! Think about it for a second, these ingredients are grown from the beautiful earth, they're not filled with chemicals that you don't know about! A simple remedy goes a long wayy. Also, when I'm studying and become a little stressed and I need a break, face mask it is! Whenever, I have some free time, I'm always researching ingredients and masks to try so I decided why not share them with you all, if I don't wouldn't that be selfish? ;)

What about the products?

So as I've mentioned before, I live on an island in the Caribbean. Actually, most of the products mentioned in the recipes doesn't cost a thing for me because I grow them all, most, except honey of course, I buy honey, what else oh, coffee grounds and coconut oil, organic of course. On my island these products are sold by road side vendors that they themselves made, so yes they are ORGANIC. But as for lemons, aloe, avocado etc I've got them planted in my garden. However, if you're not from the Caribbean and unable to get a hold of these products, please feel free to message me and I will try my best to assist you.

Hair Mask for Oily Hair

Hi babes! Sooo finally I'm posting a Hair Mask! Aloe Vera & Lemon Hair Mask So, I have not tried this Hair Mask that I'm about to post, I'm actually going to try this weekend when I have some spare time. I personally chose Oily Hair, well because it's a problem I currently have. As I'm growing and becoming older I've realized that my hair gets oily pretty quick without me having put anything in it !! It's very annoying as you can imagine, like I legit have to wash my hair on the same day I'm going out not even the night before! I did some research and I found a mask with two ingredients that I presently have at home which are aloe vera and lemon juice! Let's see how it goes! Aloe vera and lemon juice are both packed with nutrients that help control excess oil in the hair, while nourishing it at the same time. Also, this hair mask can also help combat dandruff, while providing shine and luster to your locks. Directions:
